1. Cook the noodles in boiling water.
2. When hot, add the small chicken cubes and raw prawns.
3. Then add the salt, sugar, oyster sauce and soy sauce.
(Put little stock if necessary.)
4. Add in mushrooms and pepper to the wok.
(Tips: Put mushrooms in sufficent warm water to soak. Discard the stems and chop the caps.)
5. In a small bowl, blend the cornflour and water until smooth. Add the cornflour to the wok.
6. Return the egg to the wok and stir-fry for 3 minutes, then serve hot.(Tips: Lightly beat the eggs in bowl before put to the wok.)
7. DONE!
